Our remote support feature allows us to repair your computer right over the internet. There is no software to install, it is safe and secure, and you get to watch exactly what's happening on your monitor in real-time. When the repair is complete, we terminate the remote session and it's like nothing ever happened! Best of all, we don't charge for the little stuff.

Requirements:

-The computer must have a high-speed internet connection.

If it is determined that the trouble with your computer is going to take more than a few minutes to repair, you will be prompted for your credit card information. We will let you know how much the job is going to cost before we begin, and your card will not be charged until the job has been completed.
